Ones we processing your order, unfortunately we can’t cancel or change your order, anyway we have the Right of withdrawal please read more in Refund/returrn page . You are welcome to contact us at Support@syrflag.com.
In accordance with the distance agreement, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you want to cancel your purchase, you notify us via email to support@syrflag.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the item, from the time you notified us of this.
Keep in mind Personalized Item is not refundable because we already get your apporved before printing when you order the item..
We have multiple warehouses most of your items ship from Sweden warehouse, sometimes we had to ship item from factory warehouse because of lack of lack of inventory.
For orders within Sweden it take 2-3 business days to receive your order, based on what shipping method you have chosen. For International order usually it take 7-10 business days to receive your order.
Be aware that untracked shipping take longer time and we can’t guarantee the logistics, so we recommend that you choose the tracked shipping.

We have 1 days as processing time, but with personalized items processing time is 5 days.
